We stand behind every product we make. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Speclear purchase, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
30-Day Customer Guarantee
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Customer Guarantee. Try Speclear risk-free for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it doesn’t perform as promised — keeping your seats protected, clean, and fresh — simply let us know and we’ll issue a full refund.
We don’t believe in complicated forms or hidden conditions. We only ask that your item is returned in reasonable, clean condition so it can be responsibly inspected or refurbished.
How to Start a Return
- Email our team at help@speclear.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
*We’ll cover return shipping costs for orders within Singapore and Malaysia if the product is defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, standard return postage applies.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the same payment method used for purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
If you haven’t seen your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider — sometimes they require extra time for processing.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare case your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@speclear.com with clear photos. We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
Warranty
All Speclear products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. For warranty claims, email us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
